Can I have a free sample from you?
Initial sample should be charged, while we could refund the sample cost once order of mass production purchased.
Can you provide warranty for your product?
We provide one year warranty for consumer electronics.
What customization service you provide for the keyboards?
It depends on your requirement, usually the brand of switches, patterns, color, function, number of keys, personal key caps, logo printing, package, certificate serivce are providing.
What is your MOQ?
The MOQ of products is 500-3000pcs.（ Normal MOQ is 500-1000pcs, MOQ of ODM service is 3000pcs.)
What payment term do you accept?
We usually accept T/T terms, western union, and if a large amount, we also accept L/C
